A. 5 You can cancel or re-schedule your appointment at a minimum of two hours before the appointment time and there will be no penalty or fee, and any refund of payment will be processed within 48 hours. No cancellation or rescheduling is allowed within two hours of appointment, and no refund will be given in such situations.
A. 1 Yes, you can reschedule directly on the Billu Salon App at least two hours before the current appointment.
A. 2 If you’re late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Your service might get delayed or cancelled depending on availability.

A. 2 If you’re not happy with the service, please let your stylist know immediately or speak to the salon manager so we can address your concerns.
A. 3 Please open a ticket in Billu Salon App & you will get the answer in your ticket within 48 hours.

A. 3 Yes, you can request a specific stylist when booking your appointment. At the time of service it is not guaranteed and is subject the stylist availability.
